Join us every Tuesday to explore global flavors with our head chef Orlando. Each week we will dive into the delicious dishes of a differnt culture.
Posole Verde $10.95
Chicken thighs slowly stewed in tomatillos, onions, garlic and spices, finished with hominy and topped with shaved cabbage, pickled onion, cilantro and limes.
Beef Roja Enchiladas $12.95
Ground beef filled corn tortillas topped with a dark red enchilada sauce served with charro beans and Mexican rice.
