Roasted corn, baby heirloom tomatoes, pickled red onion, black beans, and a creamy roasted jalapeno dressing or cilantro lime vinaigrette.

 

Smoked NY Strip

NY strip slow smoked then reverse seared, served with chimichurri, chorizo roasted baby red potatoes and chili dusted squash.

 

Strawberry Tres Leches Cake

House made Vanilla cake soaked in three different milks or creams, then topped with sweet whipped cream and strawberry compote.
